The Cowgirl Chef

The Cowgirl Chef, Ellise Pierce, is a must on YOUR agenda. For a daily vitamin that puts a smile on your face and some GREAT food in your body, subscribe daily to her blog, The Cowgirl Chef.

Our meeting and eventual friendship was orchestrated by my sister, Judy, who lives in Ft. Worth, Texas. Ellise is a writer and contributes regularly to different newpapers and magazines around the world. One of her articles appeared in the Fort Worth Star Telegram (local newspaper of preference for my SIS). Upon understanding that Ellise also resides in Paris, my sister’s immediate reaction was to put us in contact. Two Texans living one mile from each other in Paris just seemed like destiny. And destiny it was. She had me from her first “boot” step into my shop.

Ellise has managed to create her own personal style with a definite Parisenne flair while keeping true to her Cowgirl roots. She constantly inspires me to bring my own cowboy boots back to life.

As much as I would love to tell you about all the talk and laughter we have enjoyed over the past few months, I dare not for fear of losing your attention half way through our giggles. So, please, RUN do not WALK to discover this girl’s writing and culinary talent.

Ellise is back in the USA doing a book tour promoting her first cookbook. So, I invite you to have your own giggles while reading about her travels through book signings and television appearances. One simple click on THE COWGIRL CHEF and you will be transported along with thousands of others around the world.

I share her with you, because she is a Girl to Love.
